The Knappett Group  was formed in 1983 as a General Contracting & Construction Management Firm serving the Pacific Northwest.

We have  since completed over 300 Commercial, Institutional,  Educational Facilities , Sewer and Water, and  Multi-Family Residential Projects in British Columbia, including Hospitality and  Design/Build Projects for a diverse client list.  

We have specific expertise in Design/Build, Wastewater Treatment Plants,  Commercial & Institutional Projects, Bridges, Structures and  Building Envelope Repair and we are proud builders of LEED Certified buildings".

Our Head Office is located in Victoria, British Columbia with Branch Offices in Nanaimo and Courtenay, B.C. 

Our company construction volumes in 2006 are in the range of $50 million per year.
